In the role of Sheet Metal Worker / Pre-fabricator you are responsible for repairing car damage. In addition to your sheet metal skills, you are expected to be flexible and also able to contribute to preparatory work.

Experience with sheet metal work, welding and straightening of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles is a minimum requirement. Furthermore, you can work well independently and being independent is not an issue for you.

You will work together with your colleagues on pre-processing tasks, including:

• Sanding and preparing damage to vehicles.
• Preparation for spraying work, including masking and removing dust.

• Completed MBO training or towards damage repair.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Communicative skills and representative.
• Perseverance, sense of responsibility and persuasiveness.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Part-time or full-time employment (32-38 hours per week).

The work consists of changing from summer to winter tires.

Together with your automotive colleagues, you ensure that the trucks drive like a well-oiled machine again. As a mechanic, you carry out repairs and maintenance work in response to problems that emerge from the inspection carried out by the MOT inspector. Your fellow sales advisors and service advisors often have contact with the customer and report what work has been carried out.
